My favourite season is just around the corner! Bring on the chunky knits, leather skinnies and “clomping about in” boots. Fall, to me, is actually a warm season.. Bringing people together in intimate and cosy environments. I’m looking forward to chestnuts by the fireplace and gulping down carafes of mulled wine! I think over the past couple of days, we’ve experienced the first glimpses of Winter in Amman, so here’s to the festive months ahead with loved ones and friends to be made. As the famous F. Scott Fitzgerald once said, “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.”
I’m wearing a Cargo Jacket by Burberry, leather pants by Marc Jacobs, Isabel Marant sneakers and a Sandro top.
I hope everyone in Amman enjoyed the day off today! Being snowed in, I got the chance to reply to your emails and touch base with you all. I’m so sorry, December is incredibly hectic. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
I still can’t get over Fendi’s Fall 2013 collection. I love the structured multi-faceted heel and the mirrored leather. They’re bold and sexy but still feminine with the cute ankle straps. They’re pretty FIERCE.
If you follow my instagram, you’d know of my obsession with winter whites! There is something so incredibly chic about wearing white in winter. I have a white fur bomber jacket that I can’t wait to wear as soon as it gets cold enough. These textured-leather Burberry Prorsum wedge boots are just to die for. I would style them with an over-sized white coat!
These folded ankle boots in black eel by Givenchy have managed to make their way up to the top of my Christmas wishlist! I’m quite tiny, so I’m obsessed with hidden heel. They’re not as bulky as Givenchy’s full calf boots and the eel is just divine.
Treat yourself to a sexy red number this Christmas, because nothing says winter rose like a little red dress against a gloomy backdrop. This quilted chanille Alexander McQueen will put you back over a thousand pounds, so keep your eyes peeled next time you’re on the high-street! I found this preppy crystal crown dress by Sister Jane at Topshop. I’m a huge fan of the preppy look, but you can always try something more daring!
I’m wearing a vintage Chanel bag, a Miumiu coat, Valentino rock-stud pumps, Mawi necklace, and sunglasses by Cutler & Gross. Photography by: Bashar Alaeddin.
My favourite season of the year is finally upon us! I’m really looking forward to fuzzy sweaters, hot chocolate and the sound of the rain on my windowsill. My favourite wardrobe is my winter one! Winter fashion is more representative of my personal style. It’s a bit more sophisticated, preppy and classic.
I am so much more productive when it’s cold out. Maybe it’s because I’m always indoors, who knows. The trees always look so beautiful in the wintertime, no matter how bare; I feel like I’m in a Tarkovsky film. Not to mention its ski season! But you know what my favourite part of winter is? Cuddling. With anything really, cuddling with a cup of hot earl gray or even under a warm blanket.. Winter’s just so full of love to me.
For the past few seasons, the Kenzo slingbacks have taken the fashion world by storm, becoming every fashionista’s shoe wardrobe must-have. This fall, Kenzo debuted this gorgeous pair of patent leather ceres slingbacks with a touch of gold detailing. They can be styled with anything from pants to skirts. The insoles are cushioned for comfort too, so you can do proper milage in these babies!
Picked up a pair of these fabulous Isabel Marant booties in Suede and calf hair at Level Shoe District in Dubai. It was love at first sight. Really, I love them. Like love looooooove them. I can’t wait to spend this winter clomping about in them. I love a slim fit around the ankle and I can pair them with practically anything without looking too frumpy.
These slit-detailed leather pants by Saint Laurent are sold out practically everywhere. For a whopping £4,511 I can’t really understand why though. At the end of the day, they are leather pants and the slits are nothing special. I’m a big fan of leather pants and my favourite brands to buy them from are Joseph, Theory, and J Brand.
Hedi Hedi Hedi, can’t you see? Sometimes your prices just baffle me. But I just love your flashy ways, guess that’s why we’re broke and you’re so paid. $$$$$$$$$
Can it get any sexier than this? Not only is it glossy vinyl, but it’s red too. I always find it refreshing when bright colours make it into winter wardrobes! It’s a nice twist on the classic Burberry trench and this one is an absolute must-have for this fall. Go on… Paint the town red. You know you want to.
If you want to make a splash at your local apres-ski then these Karl Lagerfeld faux-shearling printed twill boots are the pair for you. What are your ski plans? I’d like to try somewhere new. Although, I’d go back to St. Moritz in a heartbeat. Then there are the fun vibes of Verbier and the fantastic slopes in Courchevel. Can anyone suggest somewhere new? And yes, Aspen is too far.
