On the Lust List.

These Givenchy “Matilda” sandals are absolutely killer! They’re not your typical strappy heels, what with the textured leather and the gold metal heel. They come in black or white. Wear these babies with a pencil skirt and blouse for uber chicness. Amanda Seyfried, who is now the face of Givenchy’s Very Irrésistible fragrance , was spotted wearing them at the premiere of ‘A Million Ways to Die in the West’

On the Lust List: Givenchy Matilda Sandals: £1,118

Totally tote.

383901_in_xlIf you’re looking for the perfect day tote, this “Heroine”  bag in matte leather by Alexander McQueen might just be the perfect choice. Besides its beautiful twill-lined interior, the bag has a bunch of compartments for all your essentials. I like how sleek it is! I think you’ll end up carrying it everyday. Which is a good idea considering it’s pretty steep price tag. (£2,274.56) I guess it’s perfect enough to get your money’s worth!

All Hail McQueen.

There’s something about an embellished pair of slip-ons. I think it’s how easy they are to wear in a practical sense, but also how statement-making they are with a simple outfit. Wear these ornately embroidered suede slippers with skinny black jeans and a white t-shirt or kick it up a notch with a little black dress for a casual night out.

If you’re looking to splash on a bag this fall, I’ve found it for you! This beautiful suede shoulder bag, named “Cassandre” after the artist who designed the ‘YSL’ logo, will be the perfect addition to any woman’s wardrobe.. Especially if you’re looking for timeless pieces you wish to turn into heirlooms! It’s classic yet trendy and you’re sure to make a statement carrying it. I love the gold tassel.

Helmut Lang Pre-fall 2013

I don’t think that you can possibly find more perfect little black dresses! The silhouettes look beautiful. I think every girl should invest in a few LBD’s because you can dress them up or down; I’m glad there’s a collection full of them!

Chanel: The Little Black Jacket exhibition, Dubai.

We’ve been MIA; busy with LBJ!

I know it’s been a few weeks since I last blogged but Chanel’s Classic Revisited hit the Venue in downtown Dubai and we had to jet off for the “Little Black Jacket” cocktail launch party. The exhibition showcases the iconic jacket being worn in different ways by countless celebrities and models, styled and photographed by Carine Roitfeld and Karl Lagerfeld.

It was a fabulous affair and everyone looked fantastic. The night started off in the exhibition hall, and later moved into the cocktail area which was adorned with thousands of dimmed light bulbs. Talk about being in the spotlight! It was extremely Chanel: all black errythang.

Rita Ora, who had spent a few days prior promoting the event, gave an awesome performance! We personally enjoyed all the oufit changes the most; which were of course Chanel. Oh! And her wig of the night; a short bleached blonde do. There was a lot of hype about her white leather boots too; I hate to say it, but they didn’t do it for me. But we sure didn’t them ruin our night. I wore a Dolce & Gabbana skirt, Alexander Wang fitted top, Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, and a silver Chanel backpack. (+chanel earrings & Camellia)

Our best dressed of the night were definitely Sama & Haya Abu Khadra, clad in Chanel 90’s chic. But all in all, I had a wonderful time at the event and in Dubai in general, I can’t wait to go back. All the pretty people party while the petty people pout.

P.s sorry about the resolution, the pictures were taken on my iPhone.
