I can guarantee, without a doubt, that the Saint Laurent “Tribute” heels are the most comfortable 6-inch heels you’ll ever wear. I have a few pairs that have done some proper mileage because they’re so comfortable. And now Hedi Slimane has designed them in nude leather. They’re incredibly versatile and go with anything, that’s right- anything! If you’re looking for a pair of summer sandals that will never go out of style, then these YSL tribute heels will be the perfect addition to your wardrobe.
The perfect DIY project would be to “ideally” find these vintage covers, frame them, and hang them in my dressing room. But I have no idea where I would be able to get my hands on any of these… might have to just print them out. These retro covers are so gorgeous and will add a little fashion history to your home.
”Goodnight dear. If you were in my bed it might be the back of your head I was touching, where the hair is short, or it might be up in the front where it makes little caves above your head. But wherever it was, it would be the sweetest place, the sweetest place.” – Zelda to Scott
Founded in 2012, LPD New York (previously known as “Les Plus Dorés”) is a clothing brand rooted at the intersection of high fashion and American streetwear. Best known for “The Dream Team” – a series of t-shirts featuring high fashion designer names in basketball jersey format.
This brand made a huge splash with the jersey trend we witnessed this spring, and it’s pushing through the summer and might even make it to fall. Pair one of these jersey tees with denim shorts.
Behold the Proenza Schouler Tiny PS11 Crossbody bag. This year, I have a new found love for Proenza Shouler bags, and my love grows with each collection. The designs for the fall collection are playful and the colour palette is fierce; with hues of bright pinks, blues and reds. This bag says “I look nice, but I play naughty,” do you agree?
The house of Valentino is known for it’s feminine cuts and delicate fabrics, and just when you thought it was just a “pretty,” brand, out came the rock stud collection and gave it a touch of “naughty”. Once known for bows and neutral lace, Valentino has revolutionized its image with some much-needed attitude that had been long overdue. I personally love this collection because I generally keep my outfits simple and tailored, and accessorise with statement pieces and edgy accents. What do you think of the collection? Please share your comments with me.
I absolutely love this woman. Check out her interview for Vogue Voices, as she talks about her inspiration behind her collections, how her empire has transformed over the years, and her love for Brian Atwood.
