The Andy Warhol inspired line by Nars.

Wow! Isn’t this collaboration just a dream? Nars has created a limited edition make up line inspired by Andy Warhol pop art. The packaging will feature Warhol quotes and muses like Edie Sedgwick, Debbie Harry, and Candy Darling. Can’t wait to see it all! There are 2 lines, a Sephora exclusive and a department store one. This collaboration is gorgeous!

My make-up that night.

I’m not usually one to wear any make-up, but the other day I thought I’d shake things up for a change. I had to attend a wedding in Marbella and my dress needed a little something something for a finishing touch and I thought a little make up would do the trick. I got my make up done at the hotel but I absolutely hated it. I looked orange. So instead, I tried to go home and fix it where I could with so the little time I had left. I have very fair skin and I don’t like using concealer. If I need a blemish cover-up or a concealer, I like to use a light foundation instead. I think that’s the key to perfect complexion.. light light light. I liked the way they did my hair though, soft tresses with a round brush. Sadly it didn’t last 5 minutes in the spanish heat and humidity. But here are a few of the products I use when I like to shake things up!

That dress, that wedding.

Icelandic former model  wed the musician and Dhani Harrison, son of the Beatles’ late lead guitarist, George Harrison, in the garden amphitheater of Dhani’s childhood home, Friar Park in Henley-on-Thames. Befitting a Beatles-family wedding, Káradóttir wore an embroidered Stella McCartney dress, 100 percent ivory silk with a fine viscose thread stitchwork highlighted with micro antique metal sequins. A work of art if you ask me. And they danced to “Don’t talk” by the Beach Boys, sigh..

Dare to wear these Nono Muaks Eye glasses

Nono Muaks collection plays with the concept of your view on life. Kick Eyes glasses have no lenses. The concept floats in between shades and a party mask. Kick eyes glasses let you express yourself in a different way, and it is great for a party or funny photo shoot. How better to show your party spirit with Kick Eyes glasses?

Balenciaga’s limited-edition collaboration with Grace Coddington

The Vogue creative director teamed up with Nicholas Ghesquiere to created a limited edition ‘Pumpkin’ line consisting of a tote and two scarves. Pumpkin is the name of Coddington’s cat; and the tote features cute little pumpkin wearing Balenciaga. The line will be available starting on Fashion’s Night Out at Balenciaga stores in Los Angeles and New York.
Thanks for setting the cat trend Karl. x
